GREAT PRODUCT EASY TO USE! WOULD RECOMMEND
We purchased our generator so that we can power our food trailer with our 50amp connection. It does a great job powering everything, the digital meter lets me know everything going on with the generator. With everything running, the generator only uses about 3.5-4k watts total, and although its a 11k watt generator, it does a great job with everything. The generator is silent, so were able to hear our customers over noisy generators. We are extremely happy with our purchase.
A word of note : I thought at first I had a problem with the electric start. But, After trouble shooting I found the issue. When I was using propane, The unit would not start using the electric start button or remote start. It would crank then time out but, It would start with the pull cord and run great. I found out that the after market fuel gauge I purchased for the propane tank was inadequate for a generator of this size. (11000 Watt). The fuel gauge was the type sold commonly for a barbecue grill. I like the quality of the manufacture and all the extras that come with the generator. You can tell that a lot of planning has gone into this product design with the customer in mind. So far I’m very pleased with this purchase
Product was delivered to Dallas, TX, 4 days after the on-line purchase. It was delivered via a large delivery truck and then wheeled into my garage by the delivery driver for unpacking. The product was delivered undamaged. I added oil, connected the battery, and I did not add gasoline -- it started up on the 2nd push of the start button on propane. I ran the generator for 2-hours (break in time says 5-hours) and parked it back in the garage thinking that I'd run it a bit more later. Fast forward 30-days and we lost power( May 28) for 40-hours. I ran the generator for 29-hours straight on natural gas then stopped to changed the oil. Ran it for another 10-hours until the power came back on. Works as advertised. It ran my entire house (2 refrigerators, 1 large wine fridge, 2 under cabinet 1/2 size fridges, 2 beverage fridges, lights, TV, router, desktop computer, monitors, and a 3-ton Trane XV20 AC unit. I ran the dishwasher with dry cycle turned off. I did not try to start the larger AC units. FYI - your Keurig draws a bunch of amps. I have not tried the remote start. Also, the generator is not quiet but I expect it is more quiet than an open frame unit
Haven't used it in a power outage situation yet and bought it as a back up to use with NG. Fired it up with LPG to test and everything is good. It seems to be well made and the side panels are easy to remove to access the battery and oil plug. It's quieter than I expected on the low idle setting which is where I will be running it as it's rated output is over twice what I actually need, even on NG
